Vietnamese Coffee

When you don't have a Vietnamese Coffee filter/maker, just use strong coffee. I used the leftover French Roast Coffee from our restaurant, it's a good way to use it instead of throwing it out and I add a bit of instant Vietnamese Coffee mix for added flavor. All that's left is adding ice and condense milk to your liking. I like to make Vietnamese Coffee aka Cafe Sua Da for the family as a Saturday & Sunday treat.
