Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients: 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1 and 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 potatoes or 1 and 1/2 pound.

Banana Almond Bread

Ingredients:
*2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 salt
*3-4 ripe bananas
*3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract
*2 eggs
*dash of nutmeg
* 1/4 cup sliced almond

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first set of ingredients and set aside, mash bananas in a separate bowl, in another bowl mix the third set of ingredients with a mixer then stir in the eggs, nutmeg, almonds, then the mashed bananas with a spatula. Then pour into the first set of ingredients and mix with a spatula (don't over mix, you just want the ingredients to be incorporated). Bake for 65-70 minutes. Check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's done. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and slice it up with a bread knife (the knife with serrated edges).
