Agliolio
Slice garlic into thin slices, heat low with olive oil. While it's cooking, cook the pasta. When the garlic starts browning, turn off the heat, add a tbsp of pasta water. On a separate plate, toss the spaghetti with chilli flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and the garlic oil.

Japanese Potato Salad with Apple
I made this potato salad the way I usually make Japanese Potato Salad but I added slices of Green Apple to it. Before putting the slices of Apple into the salad, I let it sit in some water with salt added to it so the apple won't turn brown. The apple adds a nice extra crunch to the salad.

Grilled Teriyaki Tofu
With the leftover Teriyaki sauce that I made earlier, I decided to use it to make grilled teriyaki tofu. I just grilled the tofu and with a brush, I spread the Teriyaki sauce over each piece, flipped it over and proceeded to do the same.
Teriyaki Pineapple Burger
To make it easier, I used an already made burger and drizzled my homemade teriyaki sauce over it when I was cooking it then added a slice of cheese on top of it, while the burger was grilling, I cooked a slice of pineapple on the side. When they were both cooked, I placed the pineapple on top of the burger and added more teriyaki sauce on top. I made the Teriyaki sauce like I usually do but I added the pineapple juice from the sliced pineapples in the can. Happy National Burger Day!!

Pomegranate Fluffy Pancakes
I just used a boxed recipe but I used milk instead of water. I drew the drawing first with the batter and let it cook for a bit then I poured in some more batter to fill up the image. I just had some batter on a spoon and carefully let it drip onto the pan to create the drawing.

Hot Pepper Tuna Kimbap
I really like hot pepper tuna but couldn't find any at the Korean market the two times that I went there and I couldn't find any recipes online so I decided to mix some ingredients together just so I can still have that hot pepper taste with tuna. I didn't want to make a fresh batch of short grain sushi rice, I wanted to make use of old rice (long grain) so I warmed up the rice in the microwave for a minute and heated the sushi seasoning for 20 seconds in the microwave then poured it over the rice and mixed it.
Sushi Rice: Sushi vinegar, sugar, salt (add according to taste, I used 2tbsp sushi vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt)
Hot Pepper Tuna: 1/2 can Tuna in water, pinch of old bay seasoning, 1 tbsp kewpie mayo, pinch of sugar, 1/2 tsp hot pepper paste (gochujang), dash of sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Makes 4 Kimbap
